Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship in New Zealand and Australia. Please email us if you would like to purchase from another country. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional charges and cannot predict what they might be.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and the weight of your package.

When will I receive my order?

After placing an order with us, there is a processing time of 2-3 business days. We prepare your slime fresh. Once your order is prepared for shipping, it typically takes 3-5 business days to get to you. Depending on your location, this time may vary. 

 

What is your refund/return policy?

We’re unable to offer returns or refunds on our products. All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of slime textures and fragrances, we cannot provide refunds based on personal preference. Additionally, for sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How do you make slime?

Our slimes are made with non-toxic PVA clear glue, borax powder, and/or body cream. Depending on the design, some slimes may include fragrance oils, essential oils, air-dry clay, fake snow, paint, food coloring, acrylic paints, glitter, foam beads, charms, sprinkles, and more! Be sure to read the product description carefully to know exactly what’s inside each slime. Slime is a fun and therapeutic toy that anyone can enjoy!

How do I play with slime?

Play with your slime however you like! Whether you stretch it, poke it, make bubbles, swirl it, or squish it—there are no rules! It can even be used as a stress-relieving companion while studying or working. We recommend our slimes for ages 5 and up, as younger children may find it difficult to handle due to their smaller, warmer hands. Always ensure you’re playing on clean surfaces and with clean hands to keep your slime in top condition.

Troubleshooting

Remember to always play with clean hands and on clean surfaces, as dirty hands and surfaces can lead to mold growth on your slime. Slime may also arrive sticky or become sticky over time. This is usual behavior of slime, use your activator to combat stickiness. For tips on caring for your slime, please refer to our Slime Care page. 

Slime stiff or breaks? When your slime arrives, it may feel stiff or break apart when pulled. This is likely due to the temperature changes during shipping. Simply knead and play with the slime—your hands will naturally warm it up, and it will return to its soft, stretchy texture in no time!
